Millinocket Regional Hospital is licensed for 25 beds with the availability of swing bed and special care services. The average daily census for 2005 was 12 patients.

Millinocket Regional Hospital features a strong, cohesive medical staff of Family Practice, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Nurse Practitioners, Orthopedics, Pediatrics and Physician Assistants in full-time practices. Visiting consultants include Cardiology, E.N.T., OB/GYN, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Radiology, and Urology. Physicians are free to operate as solo practice, group practice or hospital employed providers.

Millinocket Regional Hospital operates modern diagnostic imaging and laboratory services. These are comprehensive services that feature highly skilled staff. Imaging options include: Spiral CT, MRI, full range Ultrasound, Mammography, and General Radiology. Laboratory options include: Blood Banking, Body Fluid Analysis, Coagulation Chemistry, Frozen Sections, Hematology, Microbiology, and Serology and more.
