SWITCHBOARD / IN-OUT PATIENT REGISTRATION- FT TEMPORARY
Millinocket Regional Hospital has an immediate opening for a FULL TIME TEMPORARY SWITCHBOARD/IN-OUT PATIENT ADMISSIONS CLERK.
Qualifications: High School graduate with exceptional customer service skills. Written and verbal ability to communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and co-workers. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and to evaluate information and exercise good judgment. Previous office experience, medical terminology, computer, and insurance knowledge preferred. Previous switchboard experience preferred.
Main Function: Includes processing in and outpatient registrations, answering the switchboard, miscellaneous clerical duties in the Patient Access Department.
General Information: FULL TIME TEMPORARY POSITION 40 hours. 7:am to 3:30 pm. Monday – Friday.
