SWITCHBOARD/PATIENT REGISTRATION CLERK-FT
Main Duties include processing in and outpatient registrations, answering the switchboard and miscellaneous clerical duties in the Patient Access Department.
Qualifications: High School Graduate with exceptional customer service skills. Written and verbal ability to communicate effectively with patients, doctors and co-workers. Self starter with the ability to work independently and to evaluate information and exercise good judgement. Previous office experience, medical terminology, computer and insurance knowledge preferred.
This is a Full-Time position, 32 hours per week, varied shifts. Must be available weekdays, weekends and holidays.
