Volunteer Registration

In preparation for the influx of vaccine we hope to receive, we are looking for non-clinical volunteers interested in assisting with large scale vaccination clinics.  Tasks may include: registration, sanitizing specialists, community helpers, runners, etc.

Volunteers are asked to work in shifts of 4-5 hours in a row and will be COVID tested prior to event.  Clinics are expected to take place during weekends.  Please consider this before registering.

We are unsure of how many volunteers we will need because we don’t know much vaccine we will receive at one time.  Our goal is to be prepared to administer as much vaccine as we are given.  We also can’t say whether we’ll need you tomorrow, next month, three months from now or if we’ll even need you at all.  What we do know is this vaccination effort will take months and we need a volunteer workforce in place to make it go smoothly.

Once you complete and submit the form below, your name will be added to our database.  Depending on need and volume of volunteers that register, you may or may not be called right away.  Please know we appreciate you and are thankful for your willingness to assist when called upon.

Clinical personnel interested in lending their skills must sign up through Maine Responds network.

  • Clinics will be held in both Patten and Millinocket. Please indicate which location you wish to volunteer.

*Please note:  We adhere to the CDC guidance for administering vaccines, which prevents us from prioritizing vaccinations for our volunteers.  Thank you for understanding.
