What is an MRH active volunteer?
An MRH active volunteer is someone who devotes their time, skills and compassion in an effort to serve the hospital and the community. Active volunteers are not meant to replace staff but rather they are to engage in tasks or activities that support the staff and improve the patient experience.

What does an MRH active volunteer do?
The primary function of an MRH volunteer is to assist staff members when an extra set of hands are needed. For this reason, a volunteer’s job can vary from day to day or even hour to hour. Volunteers will be matched up with tasks that best fit their skill set.
